Annual Health and Safety Inspection, Service and Reports of DT Machinery and Workshop Equipment. Installation of Gas proving systems and interlinking to Heat treatment extraction.

Design and Installation Complying with BS4163-2021, Power Regulations 2014. Health and Safety at work Act and relevant Building Bulletins. 

We hold comprehensive stocks of spares for most Educational Machinery and equipment and are able to provide copies of Worksop manuals and Machinery service records / maintenance log books, free of charge to our customers. 

We carry out safety upgrades to workshop Machinery including the retro fitting of Braking, Emergency stop buttons Interlocked guarding to chucks, lathe drives and access covers, General Machine safety repairs. 

Annual Inspection COSHH Thorough Examination and Report of LEV Plant: Wood dust extraction system and heat/fume extraction plant in accordance with the requirements of the COSHH Regulations 2002 (amened to 2004) Regulation 9.1 and HSE CoP HSG54/37 BOHS recommendations. We are members of BOHS and accredited to P601.

Annual Health and Safety Inspection, Service and Report to Electric and Gas Cookers, Microwave ovens including checks to Room CO² levels and ventilation. Gas safety checks on appliances and fixed carcass pipework in Accordance with the requirements of the Gas Safety and Use Regulations checks to electrical installation of required BS7671-2018. 

Annual health and safety inspection, Service and reports to science gas installations, including bench gas taps, gas tightness and integrity checks. Laboratory upgrades including gas proving units CO² monitors and ventilation. 

In accordance with Cleapps recommendation and COSHH regulations 2002 (amended to 2004) regulation 9.1 and HSE Cop HSG 54/37. We are Members of BOHS, accredited to P601. 

Annual inspection and report of pottery kilns and equipment in accordance with the recommendations of the National Association of Inspectors and Advisors in Design and Technology as required by the Management of Health and Safety at work Regulations 1999, together with BS7671-2018 (as amended) and BS4163-2021. 

Five yearly fixed electrical wiring Testing, Inspection and Report as required by BS7671 2018 (can be spread over a five year period to suit budgets). Electrical Installation work 2018 with BS7671 2018 18th Edition Wiring Regulations NICEIC Approved Electrical contractors.
